Dr. Steiner
Dr. Steiner has over 20 years of cosmetic and preventative family dentistry experience. He grew up in rural Watseka, Illinois. After graduating from Watseka Community High School he earned his B.S. in Biology at Arizona State University in Tempe.
He returned to Illinois to the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in Alton, where he received his D.M.D. and met his wife, Tracy. Dr. Steiner has attended over 1,000 hours of formal continuing education. He truly enjoys furthering his knowledge and has always exceeded the minimum state requirements for continuing education in all areas of dentistry including courses through the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Steiner led the East Valley Dental Study Club for 10 years and has participated in various other Dental Study Clubs. Dr. Steiner is a member of both the American Dental Association and Arizona State Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Steiner enjoys cycling, hiking, and gardening. Always a strong believer in the power of community service, Dr. Steiner has served on the Salvation Army advisory board, church boards and with the Jaycees. He has served as a Boy Scout counselor, and attends a variety of Bible studies. He also volunteers his dental services regularly at St. Vincent De Paul in downtown Phoenix.
Dr. Steiner and his wife, Tracy, have been married since 1984 and they have two daughters. Tracy earned her B.S. in Microbiology at Arizona State University. His daughters, Cara and Christa, are graduates from ASU. Sadie, the family Basset Hound, is a graduate of Desert Dog Obedience and enjoys long walks and camping.
